#1 Home Based Business Tip Is To Outsource Your Business

There is no doubt in my mind that outsourcing as much of your business as possible is the #1 thing every home based business should be doing.

Having done Internet marketing now for 8 years I have seen just about everything. As a home business owner I know how tough it can be to get things done. This is especially true if you work a full time job as well.

I know because I did that from 2002 through 2006. I would work online from 4:00-6:30 a.m. and then go off to work. I would hop back online late at night after I got home from coaching or watching my kids sports.

Unfortunately I did not know how to outsource back then, so I did it all. To this day if you see me in a mall you will recognize me. I am the guy with bags under my eyes.

Today you do not have to put in 18 hour days to succeed online. Even if you have a full time job you can build a profitable home business.

The key is to outsource as much of your business as possible. You do not have to go overseas for this either. I have tried that and have found there are plenty of of people in The United States willing to work for a fair price!

So what can you outsource to make money at home?

1. Hire a Virtual Assistant. They can do things such as answer email, post on other people’s blogs, post in discussion forums, write short blog articles, bookmark your blog posts, surf traffic exchanges, answer the phone, and more.

A good VA is worth finding and paying well to take care some of the basics in your business.

2. Write articles. Article marketing works and you can find freelance article writers today for dirt cheap. Even in the U.S. you can hire a writer for under $10 an article. Many will write 400 word articles for $8 or less.

If you do it right you can even get them to write you a bulk order and submit them into article directories. I use Submit Your Article for all of my article marketing.

3. Blog and social bookmark using Only Wire. This is easy to do and you do not have a minimum number of words the articles need to be. Hire a writer to blog and bookmark and watch your backlinks increase and so will your traffic. It works!

You can also get content from EzineArticles.com and add it to your blog. Social bookmark for more traffic and backlinks. I would not make this be all of your content, but it is o.k. to use that for some of it. Of course you want to pay someone to do it for you.

4. Hire a blog set up person. One key you need to make money online is get more blogs set up and use them as websites. You can find people to do this for you for under $50. Maybe alot less than that. Try Fiverr.com and you will be surprised.

You can buy domain names for $10. You can get unlimited hosting at companies such as Host Gator for $10 a month. If you set up a new site 1 time a week in a year you would have over 50 sites making you money.

Even if they only made $1 a day that is $1500 a month. If they made more than that you can really begin to be profitable online.

Outsourcing is my #1 home based business tip. I use it everyday to run my own Internet business. You can start small and reinvest some profits into this to grow a healthy home based business without doing all of the work yourself.

Does Your Internet Business Integrate SEO Into It’s Marketing Plan

How would you like to pay for traffic to your Internet business for as long as it survives? If that sounds like a bad marketing advertising strategy you should be integrating search engine optimization into it.

Everyone knows that Google gets the majority of traffic online today. When you look at a Google page the ads you see across the top and down the right hand column are paid ads.

Business owners are purchasing Google Adwords and placing ads for targeted keyword phrases. This is a fast wasy to make money quick to stay on page 1 of Google for any keyword phrase you want to target.

Google must do pretty well selling these ads because Forbes estimates the value of their company at $220 billion. Considering that Google is barely over 10 years old that is pretty darn impressive.

When you go down the middle of page you see organic results. These are websites that Google feels have earned the right to be ranked for that targeted keyword phrase.

Internet business owners get a lot of traffic from these keyword phrases. As a matter of fact if you rank highly on page 1 of Google for a large number of keyword phrases you can save thousands of dollars in advertising costs.

Therefore you need to know what your keyword phrases people are searching related to the niche of your business. Then you need to begin to optimize everything you do around as many of these keyword phrases as possible.

When you do a blog post you should be titling the post with the keyword phrase in it. You should be bolding the keyword phrase in the first and last paragraph of the post as well.

If you build a new web page that title should include the keyword phrase in it. You should also have that phrase in the text you are listing on the page. You can even go so far as to bold, underline, or italicize it for additional emphasis.

If you are working at getting backlinks you should be hyperlinking the keyword phrases back to your website. You should also be hyperlinking those keyword phrases back to some of the inner pages of your website.

Whether you are a local business owner trying to get your business online, or an Internet marketer who is struggling to get needed traffic, integrating SEO into your marketing plan is smart. It is also imperative if you want to compete well into the future without spending all of your hard earned dollars promoting your business.

Following a few of these tips will help your Internet business grow and you will find it’s not that difficult to do.

How To Filter Data In A Microsoft Access Datasheet

Microsoft Access provides the Datasheet view to allow users to review and interact with the records stored in a table or query. As well as sorting data and customizing the order of columns, Access also allows you filter data. This allows you to view only those records that match certain criteria, temporarily suppressing all other records. Filtering is a quick an simple process: you specify one or more conditions that a record must satisfy in order to remain visible; you perform the filter operation and the records that match your conditions remain visible while all other records disappear.

Naturally, filtering does not permanently remove any records from the table: it merely removes them from view. When the filtering is removed, all the records in the table or query become visible once more.

Access offers a number of ways of filtering data; perhaps the simplest is to use the “Quick Filter” feature. Simply click to reveal the drop-down menu on the right-hand edge of the header row of the column in question. The menu shows every distinct value in the column with a checkbox next to it. Deactivate the checkboxes next to the values that you want to suppress. You can also use the Select All button to activate or deactivate all records as a starting point for the operation. You can also perform this operation on several columns at once if required.

Naturally, the Quick Filter feature works best if the number of distinct elements in a column is relatively small. If the number of distinct values is quite large or if you wish to base the filtering operation on something more than the values actually contained in the table, then you can filter by condition. From the pop-up menu on the right-hand edge of the column header, click on the submenu which reads “Text Filters”, “Number Filters”, “Date Filters”, etc., (depending on the type of data stored in that column) and choose one of the conditions.

The conditions which are available in the menu will depend on the data type of the column. For example, for a column containing text, you will find options like “Begins with…”, “Ends with..” and “Contains…”; whereas, with a number column, you will find “Greater than…”, “Less than…”, “Between…” and so forth.

When you have finished using the filtered data, you can return to viewing the entire table at any time by clicking on the Toggle Filter button located in the Sort & Filter section of the Home Tab of the Access Ribbon. Toggle means “switch”, so if you click Toggle Filter again, the filtering is reinstated.

Using The Document Toolbar In Adobe Dreamweaver

Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 boasts a dazzling array of floating palettes called panels. Some of these contain options that are duplicated both in the main and context menus or which can be accessed with keyboard shortcuts. You will therefore find that you do not need to keep all of Dreamweaver’s panels open.

As a new Dreamweaver user, the first document view keyboard shortcut you should learn is F4. This is the shortcut for Window – Hide/Show Panels (or View – Hide/Show Panels). This very useful toggle causes all of Dreamweaver’s panels to disappear or reappear at their original positions.

Most of the options for showing, hiding and manipulating the various panels are to be found in the Window menu. However, in addition to the panels, Dreamweaver has two other tools palettes which are referred to as toolbars. One of these, the Document toolbar, is normally displayed at the document window. To make this toolbar visible, choose View-Toolbars-Document.

The three buttons on the left of the Document toolbar are perhaps the most frequently used: Code, Split and Design views. The document title box is used to set the title which will appear in the title bar of the user’s browser (as opposed to the document’s file name). The file management pop-up menu contains options for uploading and downloading the document as well as commands to be used when working in collaboration. (These options are also available in the Site menu.) The browser preview pop-up menu allows you to preview your page in any of the browsers you specify using the Edit Browser List command.

You will only see the document toolbar if you are working in document view. In Dreamweaver, to be working in document view simply means to be editing an HTML, or other, document. If you are not in document view then you are normally working in the Files panel. There are three ways of entering document view from Files view.

1. You can open any HTML document by double-clicking its name or by choosing File – Open. 2. You can also create a new blank file by choosing File – New. 3. You can activate a document which is already open by clicking its button in the Windows Taskbar or by choosing its name from the bottom of the Window menu.

Getting to grips with Dreamweaver CS4 by Adobe is a good move for any IT specialist. Looking to master Adobe Dreamweaver CS4? We offer Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 classes in London and all over the UK.
